ANPTRILHOS NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF PASSENGER RAIL OPERATORS

Founded in 2010, ANPTrilhos is a nonprofit civil association, which assembles all urban rail operators in Brazil, with the objective of promoting the enhancement and development of this mode of transportation in the country. Working with an integrated view among operators, industry and entities from the sector, ANPTrilhos aims, through this integration, to work on solutions and technologies that can contribute to improve the urban mobility in our country, in a way that it is adjusted to the reality and needs of each Brazilian city.
Currently, are associated to ANPTrilhos the passenger train operators MetrôRio, SuperVia, VLT Carioca, Metro São Paulo, CPTM, ViaQuatro, ViaMobilidade, Metro de Brasília, Companhia Brasileira de Trens Urbanos (CBTU), Trensurb, CCR Metrô Bahia, Metrofor and CTB; and manufacturers and suppliers of equipment and services such as T’Trans, Alstom, CAF, Pandrol, Thales, Aeromovel and MPE Engineering.

ABIFER is an entity that defends the interests of the national railway industry.   We promote the growth of the railway industry installed in Brazil, encouraging the expansion of cargo and passenger rail transportation and offering, through its associates, technical support to the concessionaires and their users. We gather manufacturers of parts generally, steel, cast iron, aluminum and rubber as well as engineering, maintenance, repair and modernization companies for railway vehicles and bearing remanufacturing.
